Job Requirements: Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot client/partner computers and systems. Additional responsibilities for network technicians include the ability to assess client/partner environments, support, design, install, troubleshoot and maintain client/partner networks. Helpdesk Support Technicians are expected to have a minimum of 1-2 years experience designing, supporting, and maintaining network systems. A Senior Helpdesk Support Technician is required to have extensive knowledge of all company marketing and promotional materials as they relate to the sales of the company's services and products. Typically reports to Helpdesk Support Manager and Manager of Technical Services.
