Linda utilizes her almost 20 years of experience as a business owner, executive and consultant to guide and direct the entire professional team. Prior to the formation of Info Advantage with her husband Mitch, Linda spent many years in the programming and information technology department of Sporting Dog Specialties Inc., a Rochester-based national pet supplies retailer which was acquired by PETsMART, Inc.
As President of Info Advantage, Linda is intricately involved with Green Earth, Green I.T. and other eco-friendly initiatives. Linda focuses on these values as she leads Info Advantage towards controlled growth while maintaining superior customer satisfaction levels. |

Mitch has almost 20 years experience as an IT Professional, a Consultant, and a Business Owner. Mitch has worked at varying IT levels, from Programmer, to Analyst, to IT Director. Mitch has experience working in many IT environments including PC networking, midrange and legacy systems, Internet connectivity, and Telecom integration. Mitch has strong roots in the Construction and Manufacturing industries and has gained a strong client foundation based on his professionalism, attitude, and dedication to customer support and satisfaction. Ray has over 14 years of experience as a professional Information Technology consultant helping businesses analyze their current infrastructure, budget and plan for technology improvements, and maintain critical business applications. Ray has numerous sales and technical certifications from industry leading manufacturers of technology products. As Senior Vice President of Info Advantage Inc., Ray is dedicated to retaining absolutely the best IT oriented team possible and maintaining the highest vendor relations possible. Ray coordinates, delivers and helps ensure Info Advantage Inc.’s commitment to its customers by consistantly exceeding their expectations.

Todd Glick
Technical Services Manager
As a seasoned Systems Engineer with over 15 years of I.T. experience, Todd oversees the daily operations of all the technical support staff. He has extensive Project Management and consulting experience. Additionally, Todd coordinates with the technical support staff and clients for dispatch and establishment of Service Agreements as well as arranges the training and certification schedules for the technical staff.
