Details New icon down in the taskbar.

A new icon will be appearing in everyone's taskbar down by the clock on your computers. This is a monitoring program called Kaseya. It helps us here at IT to be more proactive with detecting issues that may arise on your machines. It also allows for better monitoring and diagnosis of computer problem as they are dealt with. It is a great tool and should help in making our diagnosis and correction of computer issues quicker than ever.
