Disaster Recovery.

In 2015, our office space was nearly a complete loss in a fire damaged building. Everything we had was either reduced to rubble or soaked with water. We had been utilizing Info Advantage for several years for maintenance of our computer network and replacement of portions of it. They arose to the occasion helping us be able to get back to business. First, they had all our data recovered from our water soaked server. They then put together a completely new network for us. From the research we did at the time, we found that Info Advantage was providing us a relatively cost effective system that suited us very well. We especially appreciate the guidance they provided helping us with our selections.

I have worked with Info Advantage over the last 5 years with two companies, and they are my IT backbone for everything I do. Info Advantage helped me identify new technologies for upcoming projects, introduce me to the right companies/people and has help me impliment these new technologies with no issues. In June of this year the Hoag library was awarded a grant for new computers in our main library lab. Info-Advantage handled all aspects of replacing the lab and creating a new computer lab in our Teen room. They supplied us with timely competitive quotes and quality materials. They installed new infrastructure to add computers to new locations, helped us improve our wireless capabilities, and offered suggestions that helped our efficiency. Info-Advantage was extremely communicative during the planning and installation phases of the project and continue to provide quality support.
