COVID-19 Customer Support Statement from Info Advantage

During this time of uncertainty, we, at Info Advantage want you to know that we are 100% operational and will continue to provide you with the support you need to operate your business.

The health and safety of our employees, clients, and partners are of utmost importance to Info Advantage. Therefore, to protect our employees and our customers, effective immediately we have taken steps to limit person to person contact within our corporate office by implementing remote work policies. Also, we will be providing remote only support to our clients. Should there be any issue deemed critical to your technology system that requires the presence of a technical specialist onsite, we will work with you to evaluate the situation, confirm worker safety, and dispatch an engineer where appropriate. All measures and guidelines to to help combat the spread of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) will be followed.

As we all are aware, COVID-19 and its impact is not yet fully understood and it is a global issue. In the United States, there are now measures and guidelines enforceable by state and federal governments to help combat the spread of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and TSI will follow all guidelines. To that end,  We will review our operations on a week to week basis, unless otherwise enforced by the various agencies.

We will continuously monitor New York State and CDC very carefully for any changes that are issued and address them accordingly.
